Do you work with our existing dashboards?
In almost every case, yes. The Visibility Audit reads the existing reporting first; we replace what is broken, keep what works, and add what is missing.
What systems can the agents read from?
Any source system with an authenticated API: accounting (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), POS (Square, Stripe, Toast, Shopify), payroll (ADP, Gusto, Paychex), and marketing data (GA4, Meta Business). New connectors are added per engagement when needed.
Why no published price list?
Productized fees are set at scope, not at the menu level. Indicative ranges are quoted in the response to your inquiry, against the specific question on the table. The conversation is the price list.
How long until first results?
A Visibility Audit produces a written read and baseline dashboard within two weeks of the engagement starting. An Operating Dashboard runs in production around the eight-week mark; refinement continues for the duration.
Who runs the engagement?
The founder, on every engagement, end-to-end. AI agents handle the recurring data work and the routine reporting; the analytical and strategic work sits with the economist who designed the question.
