  • i. The question. One sentence is enough. A price decision, a hire, a new market, a metric that has stopped tracking reality.
  • ii. The context. The kind of organization, the rough revenue scale, the timeline you are working against. No NDAs needed at this stage.
  • iii. What you have already tried, if anything. Existing dashboards, prior consulting work, internal analyses. Useful, not required.
